About the role:
Since we launched MoeGo, we are an entirely product-led growth company, spending no marketing dollars and only growing from word of mouth by our happy users in the community. Now it’s time to add fuel to the fire!
We are in search of a passionate talent who will be responsible for the development of sales strategy, execution, and performance. As an early member of the team, you'll be instrumental inhelping define our team's processes & playbooks on building a sales team in scale.
What you will do:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the prospect's requirements, showcasing the features and benefits of our SaaS solution.
- Run effective outbound prospecting campaigns including community touches
- Cultivate a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and facilitate a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
- Deliver data-driven insights, identify areas of improvement in the inbound sales process and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
What we are looking for:
- Passion, passion, passion, to the pet industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of funnels and moving prospects through them
- Be a team player, you enjoy getting your hands dirty when needed
- SaaS sales cycle experience is a plus!
Requirements:
- A proven track record of consistently hitting targets in previous jobs or extracurriculars
- You’re a persuasive self-starter, a good listener while having a high degree of personal accountability in communicating cross-functionally and maintaining a healthy sales
