About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Director, EMEA to lead and scale our European presence across the region’s largest audit and advisory firms. This leader will own regional performance across revenue growth, customer outcomes, operational execution, and team development.
This is a highly cross-functional role responsible for driving go-to-market success across sales, customer success, services, and support in EMEA. Partnering closely with U.S.-based executive leadership, you’ll help execute and evolve the company’s international growth strategy while building the operational foundation to scale long term.

This is a remote position located in the United Kingdom (preferred) or Ireland. You will report to the VP of Sales.
What You’ll Do
Own regional business performance across EMEA, including revenue attainment, customer satisfaction, and operational execution
Lead and scale the company’s EMEA go-to-market organization across sales, customer success, support, and services functions
Carry and manage the regional revenue target, partnering closely with Account Executives and regional GTM leaders to drive pipeline and close strategic deals
Work directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and long-term customer success
Develop and execute regional hiring plans to support continued growth and customer demand
Partner with Executive leadership teams to align regional execution with global strategy, processes, and operating models
Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend scalable solutions as the EMEA business matures
Serve as a strategic thought partner on future regional infrastructure needs across services, support, and customer operations
Participate directly in customer conversations, strategic accounts, and complex deal cycles
Build strong relationships with key regional partners and customers across the audit and advisory ecosystem
In your first 6–12 months, you will:
Execute and refine the company’s EMEA go-to-market strategy
Help scale the regional customer-facing organization
Drive measurable revenue growth across the region
Strengthen strategic customer and partner relationships
Identify and close operational gaps as the business expands
Build the foundation for long-term EMEA growth and scale
About You
8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, audit technology, financial services technology, or related industries
Proven experience leading revenue or go-to-market organizations in EMEA
Strong understanding of the audit, accounting, advisory, or risk/compliance ecosystem
Strong commercial leadership skills with experience managing regional quotas, forecasting, and GTM execution
Proven experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing customer-facing teams in fast-growing environments
Experience managing cross-functional customer-facing teams, including sales, customer success, services, or support organizations
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build regional infrastructure from the ground up
Executive presence with the ability to influence internally and externally
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across international teams and time zones
Bonus Points
Experience selling into or working with firms such as BDO, KPMG, Grant Thornton, or similar organizations
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-growing or startup environments
Compensation Range: £130K - £145K
