🚀 About AdsGency AI
We’re AdsGency AI — an AI-native startup building multi-agent systems to automate digital advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more. Our platform replaces manual ad operations with autonomous LLM agents that launch, manage, and scale campaigns — end-to-end.
We’re backed by top-tier investors and building fast. As we scale our team, events, and daily ops, we’re hiring a high-agency, low-ego Operations Specialist to help us stay sharp, move fast, and keep the chaos organized.
🧠 The Role – Operations Specialist (Events, Schedules, Office & GTM Ops)
This is a hybrid operator role: part EA, part office ops, part event planner, part marketing ops enabler. You’ll sit at the center of our fast-moving team and work across:
• 🗓 Executive scheduling and coordination
• 🏢 Office logistics and team enablement
• 📣 Event planning and team offsites
• 📈 Marketing operations and GTM workflow support
You’re a builder, a fixer, and a calendar whisperer. You keep systems humming and people unblocked — from board meetings to offsite dinners to Google Sheet dashboards.
🔧 What You’ll Do
• Coordinate executive calendars, investor meetings, team offsites, and internal 1:1s
• Own office operations: supplies, vendor setup, space coordination, team equipment
• Plan events and logistics: internal dinners, speaker series, conference support, hackathons
• Support marketing ops: maintain Notion pages, organize creative assets, track email sends
• Build and improve internal systems (e.g., Notion docs, Airtable tracking, Slack workflows)
• Create structure where there is chaos, but do it flexibly
• Run special projects for founders and cross-functional teams
• Handle the unsexy but critical — we ship, not shuffle
💡 What You Bring
✅ 1–3+ years in operations, executive support, or people/office management
✅ You’ve coordinated across leadership, vendors, and fast-moving teams
✅ You write clearly and follow up like your life depends on it
✅ You have taste — in events, systems, brand, and how teams run
✅ You’re fluent in Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, and Google Sheets
✅ You know how to keep things moving, even without a perfect process
✅ You ask, “How can I make this smoother?” and then go do it
✅ You’re thoughtful under pressure, and always default to ownership
🧠 Bonus Points
✨ You’ve worked at an early-stage startup (Seed–Series A)
🧩 You’ve planned a team offsite, speaker event, or investor dinner
📊 You’ve run marketing ops or helped manage email/newsletter/campaign workflows
📦 You’ve handled startup office ops — shipping, keys, security, vendors
🧰 You’ve built dashboards, forms, or automations in Notion, Zapier, or Airtable
💰 What You’ll Get
• Competitive salary + early equity
• Work closely with founders and leadership
• Autonomy and ownership over key systems and experiences
• The ability to help scale a top-tier AI startup from the ground up
• A team that moves fast, takes care of each other, and ships daily
