We’re an AI-native startup developing multi-agent systems that plan, launch, optimize, and scale ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok — with zero human media buying.
Our product automates what traditional performance marketers spend hours doing — creative testing, budget shifting, campaign logic, targeting iteration — and does it continuously, 24/7, through AI agents trained for performance.
We’re looking for a revenue-minded Account Executive who speaks performance marketing fluently and can help brands, growth marketers, and agencies adopt this new wave of fully-automated ad execution.
🧠 What This Role Is
This is not a classic SDR-to-AE motion.
This is a hybrid of:
• 🎯 Account Executive → Own the pipeline, pitch, close
• 📈 Performance Marketer → Translate our AI engine into ROAS, CAC, creative strategy
• 🧪 Growth Strategist → Help customers test faster, scale smarter, and trust the automation
🔧 What You’ll Do
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery → demo → proposal → close
• Speak the language of performance: ROAS, CAC, AOV, retention, funnel testing
• Map client needs to our autonomous ad engine (Meta, Google, TikTok integrations)
• Partner with product to surface insights on creative, funnel logic, budget pacing
• Write and run outreach campaigns for growth-stage brands and agencies
• Help define GTM positioning, outreach scripts, demo structure, and ROI playbooks
• Maintain strong CRM hygiene and forecasting with a founder’s level of accountability
• Act as a strategic partner post-close, helping clients activate and succeed
💡 You Might Be a Fit If You…
✅ Have 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or SaaS sales
✅ Have worked in DTC, eCommerce, or paid social (Meta/TikTok/Google) environments
✅ Know what good ad creative looks like and how it’s tested
✅ Can explain attribution models, MMPs, and LTV/CAC math in plain English
✅ Are a self-starter — you’ve built decks, built lists, written sequences yourself
✅ Have experience working in (or selling to) agencies or brand-side growth teams
✅ Have P&L awareness — you think in terms of cost, margin, and velocity
✅ Are excited by AI and want to bring automation to modern marketing
