Backed by top-tier investors, we’re scaling fast — and we’re looking for an Account Executive who can close deals, educate prospects, and shape our GTM motion.

👥 The Role – Account Executive

You’ll be one of the first sales hires, working directly with the CEO and GTM lead to build our revenue engine from the ground up.

This is a full-cycle AE role: pipeline → pitch → close → relationship. You’ll help founders, marketers, and growth teams understand how AdsGency’s AI agents can make them faster, leaner, and more profitable.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• 📞 Own the sales process end-to-end — outbound, qualify, demo, close

• 🧠 Educate the market — explain our AI-powered value prop with clarity and authority

• 🔍 Run discovery with startups, eCom brands, and agencies who want to automate ads

• 🎥 Deliver product demos that showcase real ROI (ROAS, CAC, speed)

• 📈 Hit your number — we’re early-stage, so you’ll help define targets and pricing

• 💬 Collect feedback to shape onboarding, positioning, and product roadmap

• 🤝 Collaborate with product & engineering to close technical buyers or founders

• 🧭 Build sales process + tooling (CRM, outbound playbooks, objection handling, etc.)

💡 What You Bring

✅ 2–5+ years of closing experience (AE, BDR-to-AE, founder-led sales, or consultative SaaS)

✅ You’ve sold to marketers, founders, or growth teams before (SaaS, MarTech, AdTech)

✅ Strong product intuition — you like selling technical value, not just features

✅ Ability to learn fast, pitch clearly, and close with confidence

✅ Hacker sales energy — you build your own outbound lists, write creative copy, and test fast

✅ High ownership mindset — you run your pipeline like a mini startup

🧠 Bonus Points

✨ Experience selling MarTech, AdTech, AI/ML products, or agency services

🎯 Familiarity with CAC, ROAS, A/B testing, LTV — you speak marketer/growth language

🧰 You’ve used tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, Loom, AirTable to build pipeline

🏹 You’ve worked at or with Series A–C startups

💬 You write outbound emails that get replies and book meetings
