🎯 The Role
As our Performance Marketer, you’ll lead multi-channel performance campaigns from strategy to execution — and help teach our AI what “great media buying” looks like.
You’ve managed performance campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, YouTube), hit clear ROAS or CAC goals, and worked across creative, analytics, and funnel optimization. Bonus if you’ve done this across multiple clients in an agency setting.
You’ll work with product, creative, and engineering teams to help bridge human expertise + AI logic, creating a system that automates the best parts of your playbook.
🔧 What You’ll Do
• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and more.
• Own media planning and optimization across prospecting, retargeting, and reactivation
• Optimize toward strict ROAS, CAC, AOV, and payback targets
• Create and test creative concepts, hooks, offers, landing pages, and bidding strategies
• Write and iterate on creative briefs for static, video, and UGC ad formats
• Track and analyze results across all stages of the funnel
• Identify scaling opportunities and spot fatigue early
• Report insights clearly across product, creative, and leadership
• Feed successful tactics back into our AI automation engine
💡 You Might Be a Fit If You…
✅ Have 3–6+ years experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels
✅ Have worked with or at a performance marketing agency managing multiple client accounts
✅ Have managed $50K–$500K+/mo budgets across platforms
✅ Are fluent in Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, PMax), TikTok Ads, Snap Ads, YouTube Ads
✅ Consistently optimized toward 3x–6x ROAS targets or <$50 CAC
✅ Understand media mix modeling, budget pacing, and spend efficiency
✅ Can brief, test, and scale creative assets quickly
✅ Have experience reporting to clients or founders
✅ Are comfortable moving quickly, testing constantly, and iterating with incomplete data
📊 Bonus Points
✨ Experience with full-funnel campaigns (TOF/MOF/BOF)
📈 You’ve built or managed dashboards using Looker Studio, Triple Whale, or PostHog
🎨 You’ve written winning ad copy or managed creative testing at scale
🧠 Familiarity with attribution tools (Northbeam, Rockerbox, etc.)
🧪 You’ve helped define or manage performance targets across blended + channel ROAS
